Key Points

Shingo has to put up with a lot, living with both Tsukino Usagi and his mother, Tsukino Ikuko. He behaves like your average little brother, teasing Usagi and attempting to ignore his family whenever possible.

We don't see much of Shingo outside of his morning interaction with Usagi and Mama, although he does have a run-in with Luna which completely confuses him. He also helps out, apparently not entirely of his own will, with the video Saitou Sugao, Aino Minako's Manager, and Mama make to send to the talent agency in America.
